There are two ways you can place an order:
1) Add your required items into the shopping basket. Follow the links to the checkout and pay via your paypal account. Once we have received your order we will send you an email requesting details of the ceremony, names, your prefered font style and choice of wording. You can view the font and wording examples page to get some ideas or choose your own.

2) Fill in the online order form  and send it to us via email. We will then invoice you for the total amount and you can pay via cheque or your paypal account.

Proofs:
-Once we have received your payment and details we will send you out some insert proofs so that you can check that all the details are correct and as you want them to appear. You will need to sign and send these back before we can complete your order. You will need to check these very carefully as we will not be able to offer refunds on mistakes that you have not corrected.

Order processing time:
-Our stationery is individualised and made to order. Therefore orders may take up to 4 weeks (+ delivery time) to be completed depending on the number and complexity of the design. We endevour to make all orders as quickly as possible and often we are able to complete orders in around 2 weeks, but this is not guaranteed. We will offer an estimate at the point of ordering.

Payment plans:
-If you would like to spread out the cost of your stationery we can accept an initial 30% deposit to book in and begin making your order. This may also be useful if you want to book the order in, but still have details to confirm. You will need to pay the outstanding balance before we will put the inserts in and send out your order for delivery. Should you wish to choose this option, you will need to order via the online order form rather than the shopping cart.

-We understand that you may order a range of stationery items that cover different times scales i.e. save the date cards are sent out some time in advance table plans and thank you cards are often left until closer to the date. If this is the case we can organise a payment plan to spread the cost of these items.
