Price changes: 
We reserve the right to amend all prices at any time. Prices quoted by us personally to individual customers will be upheld for a period of six months in the event of any price change.

Small parts: 
Some of our designs contain small parts and may have sharp edges (i.e. stems on flowers). They are not suitable for young children so please keep them out of children's reach and ensure that your guests are aware that they must also do the same.

Damage:
Embellishments are stuck on with strong adhesive and are difficult to pull loose but you will need to handle them carefully just in case.  Postal insurance will cover some forms of damage caused in transit from us to you. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused during postage to your guests. Some designs are best sent out with a small piece of bubble wrap covering the embellishment to keep them safe. Invite boxes are available if required at extra cost.

Variation: 
All stationery is made to order so there may be some slight variation to the examples shown. As many of the materials are handmade there can sometimes be slight colour variations but this is the beauty of handmade materials.

Copyright: 
It is your responsibility to gain permission from the copyright holder of any hymns and prayers for reprinting in the order of service booklets. Please ensure you do so before passing the details to us. We will not be held responsible for breaches in copyright.

Deposit: 
Orders will only be started once we have received either the 30% deposit or full amount. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Proofs: 
We reserve the right to wait for the return of signed proofs before commencing or continuing with your order. This is a measure to ensure that your order reaches you without any errors.

Refunds and cancellations:
You have the right to cancel your order any time before sending payment. We cannot provide full refunds after we have begun making your stationery as all materials are ordered specifically to your requirements. If you cancel your order after we have begun making your stationery, you will only be refunded the money for not yet started. The deposit is non-returnable. Refunds will only be given if there is an error with the wording (e.g. spelling mistake) that you had corrected on your proof. If you did not detect the error on your proof then we will be unable to offer a refund. You will therefore need to check these very carefully. In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your order, we will do our best to rectify the situation. If your goods are not fit for purpose a replacement will be offered.

Branding:
Invitations will have the website address printed subtly on the reverse of the invitations for the purposes of advertising.
